HD245 - X10 20 Amp Heavy Duty Module?

Question

On this item it said you can plug it in a 110v or 120v to run heavy duties appliance such as range and dryer. Anyone have any experience on this and will it works?

I prefer Smarthome and Leviton brand products. Recommend you wire in the receptacle version for a cleaner install (only $10 more) I have used the Leviton version many years trouble free.

Products purchased from the X10 website have never worked properly – however they have always returned my money hassle free.

Got tired of paying less for inferior products and decided to stick with Smarthome.
