Well there are tons of shrinks to choose from in America. Some natural remedy's that might help are sun light(which is why some people are addicted to tanning), flax seed which u can find in any grocery store I get the ground up kind it tastes a little nutty. Also think about taking some time off. Invite the friends over for dinner. Or go out to a movie. Also eating healthyer would be better too. Hope these suggestions work out for you. Good luck.

I was depressed for years but it was because I missed someone who died thinking about suicide is one thing doing it is another if you miss your friends get unbusy once in awhile stop and take time to get your head right.Never let things get you 2 far down it's hard to get up again when your alone believe me no one or nothings worth your life and you wont have any friends if you weren't here get out and do something you've always wanted 2 do I'm not a doc but man I wish someone would have said this 2 me I would'nt have been lost in myself all those years and the person I lost was my child depression cant get much worse than that so just live alittle you'll like it I'm sure.

I'm no expert, but I agree with the others that it's probably seasonal depression. I get it once or twice a year. I'm not on any medication for it because I know what it is when it hits and I tell myself it will pass and just ask God for strength to get through it. I don't get suicidal but I can understand when someone might have those feelings. You are stronger than you give yourself credit for, just hang in there and it will pass. And by all means if you know that you need some help, just go to your family doctor or find a general family practice doctor and let him or her know how you feel and they can prescribe something for you to take to help you through it. You don't have to see a shrink if it's just a mild case. Just don't let this get the best of you. Talk yourself up and take care of yourself. I wish you the best.

Can you cut back on your schedule? Money is important, but maybe you can cut some hours and do with less "stuff". Also, suicide really isn't an option. How and who would that benefit? What are your beliefs about the afterlife? Who would you hurt? Do you believe you just go to eternal sleep? It would get boring, eventually. Do you believe you go to the "happy place"? You won't if you commit suicide. Will you bring intolerable pain to your mother, your father, siblings, loved ones? If you love them , how could you do that? They will feel guilty for not knowing what they could have done to prevent it. Speak up, tell people what your feeling, seek help from a professional (but be careful), find a solution. You are valuable to more than you know.

Try to tell someone about how you have been feeling. Seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist is a good thing. Maybe a light anitdepressant to pop you back up. Stress can cause that depression. Give yourself the time to relax when you get home from work. Remember there is only so much you can do in one day.

I've suffered from depression for 19 years, and I've been fine.Sometimes the weather can put you in this mood, and other times you feel your over worked and your time is so limited, and you don't have time for your friends but if they can't understand that, then what good are they to you?my advice to you is this get yourself and notebook and use it for a daily journal, put everything that is on your mind no matter how corny it may be to you.If you ever need a friend on this issue,I'll be honored to speak with you, just connact me.Well your in my prayers,Good Luck and God Bless you.

Sounds like short-term, possibly seasonal depression. Get out. Get some sun. Go home early. Take a weekend off and DON'T think about work. Good luck.

because of the fact of this you ought to constantly have a pair of extra suitable girlfriends laying around in case one runs off you have a spare. in basic terms pass on a relationship internet site or face e book and commence speaking to 5 or 6 females then after 20 or 30 years you are able to narrow all of it the way down to a minimum of one. there is not any longer something that one woman can ruin that 5 or 6 cant restoration.

There is situational depression, and there is clinical depression. Situational will pass on it's own, clinical depression requires treatment. To know the difference between the two you need to be diagnosed by a psychiatrist.
Be aware that persistant situational depression can progress to clinical depression if the cause is persistent.
