Yeah, and I left them that way until I got home. I don't want any of my belongings touching a public restroom floor, toilet, or walls.

That acturaly happend to me once. I was so tired that morning when I went to go I looked down and though hey this is inside out. No I didn't bother rearranging the underwear.

LOL! That's happened to me. If I'm just wearing regular cotton underpants, I'll just leave them. If I have silk, or another type where the cotton liner winds up on the outside, then I'll fix them.

Oh my gosh, Yes. I just laughed it off and just went on with my day. I don't like to stay in public rest rooms any longer than I have to.

I don't think it's ever happened to me but if it did, I think I'd leave it. No one can see it and I use pantyliners anyhow so it shouldn't do harm to the fabric.
