If you signed the contract and are over 18 years old-you are obligated. Haven't you ever heard the expression-read all the fine print before signing anything? Might have been smarter to check them out before giving them any credit card info or signing any agreement.

WOW!

First, to stop the monthly charges, call your credit card company and put a stop payment on them. They will walk you through this.

As far as the $2000, dispute it as a scam with the credit card company to get your money back.

Keep in mind, however, that these companies make their contracts rock solid and very hard to dispute. Worst case scenario, they will pull you into court.
