Remove what? Teeth? Sure but she can just have a dentist save the healthy parts and get veneers. No one will be able to tell the difference and her smile will look awesome.

Moles?
Warts?
Freckles?
Large breasts?
Extra nipples?
Most anything can be removed, freckles can be lightened repeatedly, perhaps until they don't show.
