The reason I drew a sharp distinction between group homes and orphanages in the other question was that the asker was hoping to work with children who had no parents. Many children in foster care have living parents, and many are not TPRed-- a foster child in a group home cannot be assumed to be a true orphan, or to have been abandoned. However, I did point out that ALL foster children are in just as much need of and deserving of her help as true orphans would be, since they aren't living in the parental home. I just didn't want the asker to be surprised by what she found when she looked into the situation. Outside of the specifics of THAT question, I agree with you that there are major similarities between a group home and the stereotypical "orphanage" of days past. My separating them was not because I thought they were wildly different-- I was just trying not to confuse the asker. Sorry if that was unclear. :-)

your intentions for this girl are only sexual and it would not be appropriate as even though her body is of a grown female, her mentally is of a child. So in essence you would be seducing a child. I believe there are laws in this state regarding people who are mentally challenged. In other words, you would be taking advantaged of this girl. Leave her alone, besides your are there to work and I am sure there are rules against employees engaging in personal issues in regards to patients.

It is fine that you feel that she is attractive--but it is illegal to take advantage of someone who is disabled, and "incapacitated" mentally--especially as an employer. You really need to find better things to do with your time than to ask questions like this.

No, not only is it immoral and unethical and you will surely lose your job if discovered, it is illegal and you could be charged with a criminal offense even if she "consents" as her mental age may be that of a minor and you will be charged, criminally, accordingly.
