If your husband has heart problems, a pace maker and other disabilities I assume he has a doctor. Although his doctor might not be able to tell you anything specific, you could tell him what is going on (likely your husband has not told the doctor) so that he can visit with your husband...or both of you together about it. With the heart problem goes some depression...bp meds plays a part in this...sometimes a bit longer foreplay but it will probably go limp...bp meds can be adjusted for this problem...call and talk to a nurse at the cardiologist office...they hear this a lot...

I think you both need to talk about it and then go see a doctor together. This might not be physical after all. Or, may be the doctor might prescribe something that would help and yet not affect his heart or diabetes.

Ask his doctor about medications to make it last longer. Many times health problems get in the way, and a medication helps. You could take him with you so he doesn't think it's all that unusual.

Sounds like you both are frustrated and you need to talk about it. Asking the docs for better meds is a possiblity and also ask what couples do when under this situation.
