You most likely have to let it fade. But try some lemon juice, or Huggies baby wipes those help speed up the process. Be gentle to your skin though and moisturize afterwards.

Now aren't you glad you didn't get a real tattoo? Unfortunately, though henna is not permanent, it can be relatively long-term and cannot just be washed or scrubbed away. The chemicals of the henna plant powder interact with your skin and stain. Depending on the location of your tattoo will decide how dark and how long the tattoo will stay. For example, a henna tattoo on the shoulderblade may be lighter, but the skin on your shoulder does not exfoliate as much as, say, the skin on your hand. Henna "likes" tougher skin such as the soles of feet, palms and fingers, and this is where it is typically darker. In these places your body will naturally exfoliate it faster, but the downside (in your case) would be that the colour is deep.
All you can do to speed up the exfoliation process is keep your skin healthy. When the skin is dry, it goes into shock mode and gets damaged. When it is damaged, it will not regenerate skin cells as well, and thus be irritated or sensitive.
Keep moisturized and hang in there!

You can't "erase" a henna tatt.
It's pigment dye and though not permanent, it's there to stay for at least a few days to maybe weeks.
It would depend on the size of the pattern. Does it cover a big area? Is the dye really thick (because if it is, it'd be harder to remove it faster).
If it's located at your palm area, it'd go off within a few days because the area comes into contact with water, soap, sweat etc.
So I suggest that you start lathering soap onto the area and pray that it'd fade quickly!

The problem is, Henna stains the skin. You can try to remove it faster with vinegar - but it may only take off a day or so. Just be patient.

You could always use a sugar or salt scrub to help exfoliate the area. The henna will stay until the skin on the area is exfoliated away. You can speed up that process by exfoliating the skin.

If alcohol or oil doesn't work, you can always put make up over it until it fades.
