go into your system tools, and run disk clean up, scan disk and then run disk defraigment. then if you wish, run your pc tools again.Be patient now, this is a time consuming process. Depending on the processor speed and pc clutter that has to be delt with, It will eat up a huge chunk of your day, but when said and done, tour machine ought to work like brand new.

either upgrade to a new computer or add some RAM to your computer! Write down all the information about your computer, like manufacturer and model # and take it to Office Depot or Best Buy and they can tell you what kind or RAM to buy and how much to buy, but they will probably agree that you need to upgrade to a new computer.

If you are still using windows 98, you need a new computer. Nothing new and good will run under that platform any more. get XP, but I don't reccommend getting Vista when it comes out.

Time to upgrade - most websites won't even work on W98. You do realize that it's 2007 now - right?

Did you check your computer performance?

or you can solve your problem by the following steps.
1 open RUN
2.write COMMAND
3.write RESTORE
then you can restore your computer to earlier.

i hope it may secure you.
