Put a bit of bleach in a cup
Soak your fingers for about a minute (may need a little longer if really stained)
Wipes right off

I read where the special operations operatives in world war 2 had to get rid of nicotine stains because tobacco wasn't available on the continent of Europe to ordinary people.
They would use sand paper to remove the stains because this was a giveaway. I know it sounds drastic, and I've sure never tried it but it was documented.
Good luck

As bad as the cigarettes are to your hands they are worse for your lungs. Here's another news flash for you, you already know about lung cancer and heart attacks being caused by tobacco. Did you also know that bladder cancer is the 3rd leading disease caused by cigarettes? Guess how they get into the bladder to scrape off the cancer? After they're done they have to go back in on a regular basis to check up. One last goody, a side effect of the operation can be the loss of erectile function. Just keep smoking and studying, you have lots of fun waiting for you about 10 years down the road.
