I need to find the best doctor out there. I've been on Ambien for years, Lunesta, Restoril, Sonota, and a half a dozen other sleeping aids. I'm off all of it now cause I have become immune to them all. Right now I'm getting about 2-3 hours sleep a night and just don't know how much more I can stand.

You need a sleep study. So they can see your patterns while you are trying to sleep. They hook up little electrodes to your head. Good stuff like that. No pain, no needles. Then they can recommend the best treatment for you.

Here is a list from BC/BS:

I don't know but you might want to check around the UAB Hospital area in Birmingham. I believe the best of the best are at UAB.

Good Luck!
