i tried zantrez 3...it doesn't work...all it does is make you sick to your stomach

No diet pills work. They help you lose water weight ( about 5lbs) but you can do this by watching your sugar intake for a week. Then they start to eat at your muscle. Not good. They also can effect your heart. It causes your heart to beat to fast. So just eat good and try to exercise.
