I could possible mean that, but I depends on exactly how she did it. Was this the first time or has she done this a few times towards you? Did she smile at you or give that subtle sexy come-hither type glance? She could just been brushing her hair off her face, but it depends on other factors. If she does it again, wink at her and she how she reacts back to you.
