I am a fratman and I am finding a hard time courting this girl... I promissed her that I will teach her to play the guitar but I can't... because after school... I have to be active in the organizaton... there are so many activities... She told me that she can't permit me to go to her place because her father is so strict that her father was a member of the rival frat of my fraternity... I seem can't talk to her straight because she is so quiet... so silent... but if I am communicating her through text messaging... she was so expressive... like me... i feel so shy if she's infront of me... how? How can I win her heart???

As a soror I know that time commitments to the organization and school and work are tough. But make the time either meet in the library or a coffee house. Better yet talk to a friend of hers who lives off campus and set up a time where you can bring her dinner and your guitar and do some old fashion courting.

Ok buddy you are making things complicated for yourself.
Don't need to jump right away into a relationship before you really know her. She could be just being friendly to you and you might be getting the wrong idea.
here is what you can do.
Ask her to go out on a lunch 1st see how she reacts. get to know her better.
Than ask her out to a movie / dinner. Don't need to go all fancy save your hard cash she aint your wife.
When she is talking all you need to do is listen to what she is saying and show that you actually care. (you should care) If you don't agree with her do a slight disagreement conversation this way you will know how she acts during arguments e.t.c
speaking of shy - man all you can do about that is be around her and talk to her make eye contacts.
And concentrate on your classes girls dig straight A students hehe specially in high school. TUTOR HER :-D

My mate, you are in a dificult situation....i strongly advice you to take it slower with this girl. Try to be a little romanic with her, win her atention with simple things, like a rose, make her a preasent, something that you know she likes.
About her father, try and have a good talk to him, explain him that yo have good intentions(if its true), and if he's a honnest man he will understand.
if you see that he won t understand and still doesn't aprove, you have to choises, ignore him, and see the girl of your deams, or separate from that relaion, and look for another , ther's plenty of fish....

give her extra attention and it's normal to feel shy around someone you like. i think that she's expressive when messaging you because she can proofread what she sent to you and think twice before sending the message. though usually when a girl is expressive on mails n silent face to face, it means that she has a feeling for you so good luck! ;)

teach her guitar at a quiet place where there are people yes but maybe a coffee place or outside of a restaurant

Oh cmon man how will it work out if both of you are shy?
If you dont tell her how you feel you'll still lose her coz she'll think you are not interested
