I kept doing this up until recently and found out I was diabetic. Allergies can also cause this. It is definitely something you should go to the doctor for! Good luck!

I have the same problem. By the time I come home from High School, I am way too tired to complete any of my work. Try changing your sleeping patterns on a weekend. Do stimulating activites during the day to keep you awake and before bed read a book or listen to some music. If you still can't get any sleep, consult your doctor for some advice on how to handle the situation.

You need to break the sleeping in the afternoon cycle. You sleep then so don't sleep well at night so the next day you are tired again. Also lay off the coffee and cola through the day as it makes you sluggish.

Mental activities like using the computer can get you as tired as physical activites and some times even more. I think this is normal. Just try to go to bed early and wake up early.

it is possible that you may have some sort of blood sugar disorder or some other, do you eat alot of sugar? if so it may be diabetes, if you are concerned speak to your doctor about it and he/she may give you a blood test if you can't get to doctor go to a lloyd's pharmacy they do free diabetes tests, just visit your nearest pharmacy when you are next in your town centre or wherever and ask about the free test, another thing may be that you do not eat enough foods which give you energy you can ask for dietary advice from doctor aswell,
hope this helps

This could be due to many reason, psychological or physiological or both. You should start my getting a physical and blood work. People with hypothyroidism may go through this....and other irregularities. Or it could be psychological, people with depression can also go through this. So go to a doctor and go from there.

Maybe you need regular excercise. Go for a run for 30 mins every 2 days or so!

you may want to ask your doctor about the possibility of you suffering from Narcolepsy. Often overlooked or misdiagnosed, the condition makes you constantly tired and unable to stay awake.
