I started coloring my hair more blonde, and I noticed the health of my hair has declined. I do color my hair at home, I condition my hair daily and have been coloring my hair for years. Is there any treatment you can recommend to repair your hair, its dry and brittle

You need a deep conditioner one that you must leave on your hair for 3-5 minutes, there is recommended biolage but it's about 14.00-20.00 called the hydratherapie brand conditioning balm and then if thats to expensive you could try the garnier fructise conditioning balm.

start from the bottom up when conditioning. and when youve rinsed let it towel dry just for a little while and then you need a wide toothed comb to brush through it dont ever use a regular hair brush when your hair is wet. you can use biosilk before combing through which actually makes your hair smoother and shiny about 10.00 for that product. and then when your done blow dry your hair but always use a product that protects your hair from the heat first. I use Got 2 B hat straight protector about 4.00 for this product. make sure you get all the moisture out of hair making it completely dry. the straighten with a flat iron and walla your done.

you should get your hair trimmed atleast once every two months about 12.00 each cut and orer to have lighter softer hair ask for a light shag. this will make your hair less thinck and it will look beautiful.

The best treatment is a HAIR Cut, and then from there, try coloring your hair less, and using a deep conditioner twice a week for a month then once a week.

Well, you should stop dying your hair. And you should also go to a salon and ask them what the best product is to repair damaged hair. They will know what is best and even though you will spend a bit of money on it it will be worth it and will last quite a while.

try using a hair mask and try to dye it as little as possible. try not to wash every day, that makes it dry out more.
