Those who gave the Cornell link might also have added that you can donate to the site to keep it up and running. I think that's a great idea for any tax protestor. You're going to need all the help you can get to argue against a valid law with 90 years of case law against you.

I am really getting sick of this question! Tax protesters have been around as long as the Income Tax and they have never been victorious in court! Just pay your taxes and file your returns. You will be much happier in the long run.
