here are some tips I got from my college proffesor to set a goal is measurable specific deadline. if had homework to do on friday set a goal to do it by thursday, so I would do it on wednesday that is a measurable to tell you what it is, specific is the time and that was before school started and that would be at 1:00 so I did it at 8;00 deadline was by friday I did it wednesday so I completed my goal. so All you need is measurable what it is specific time deadline when it needs to be done

Gathered information on what I would need to do to accomplish my goal, worked my butt off, and I stayed focused and never allowed anything or anyone to deviate me from my plan.
