I have paid off all my past bad credit, but it still shows for seven years. Also I would like to build some "good" credit. Before you judge listen to the facts. I could pay out of pocket but would like to establish some good credit.

I'm assuming that if you are paying out of pocket you are not doing this for medical reasons. If you have bad credit because you can't pay your bills, why the hell are you getting plastic surgery. Make payments on your bills!!!

If you have bad credit, you shouldn't be getting plastic surgery. Besides people get obsessed with it.
