My kids are just toddlers, but I'm trying to give them the basics on recycling, care for environment etc...What are some good places to find activities or ideas to help them learn? Even myself, I could use some knowledge in this area.

Have them pick up things that people have littered around the street (but not in it!) or at a park... show that it is a good thing to keep the park clean so they can have fun and not get hurt. Bring them to the recycle center and have them turn in the paper/plastic/metal and explain that it helps keep trees alive and thing like that..
There is a nature center near where I live, maybe you have one nearby... they show all kinds of things that could be related to keeping the environment clean...
