growth stops for boys around 16-17. girls 14 -15.

I grew from 6" to about 7 3/4" by just pulling on it

When I was pregnant with my first child (agee 22) at my first antenatal appointment they measured my height against an old wooden measure nailed to the wall - I was 5' 3".

4 years later pregnant with my second child, the same wooden measure was still nailed to the same wall in the antenatal clinic and my height was and still is 5'5".
