try baby oil or olive oil. it will break down the adhesive and any latex or other like substances. Leave oil on for a few minutes as you let warm water work on the stuff too. Use a loofa or washcloth to scrub & pick off the stuff gently ! you may have to do this a few times, in between use baby powder or cornstarch on the spots to keep the stickies from sticking to your clothes. happy healing.

Blue tac!!! its that easy but a little painful on hairy areas. Just roll a ball of blue tac over the sticky patch and this should work. It works well with plasters anyway.

Absolutely. Take a wash cloth or some gauze with rubbing alcohol on it and rub away. That stuff is really gooey but keep rubbing and peeling it off until it's gone. I worked in a hospital for five years and that was the ONLY way that stuff came off.

When we were kids my mum used to use margerine to get the sticky stuff off after we'd had a plaster on our knee etc. - it really works just rub marge into the sticky area and see!

when my dad got out of the hospital a few months ago they gave him some adhesive remover. he was using it for about a month as he kept finding more sticky stuff. If you can't get some from the hospital ask your pharmicist what they might be able to recommend.
