Want to Insert a IMAGE in Crystal Report 9.0 OLE Field HOW?

I am storing Employee's Image path in MS-Access DataBase, This image i want to insert in CR 9.0 Report File's OLE Field How to insert it?

Check out the technical paper PDF at the Business Objects website. The doc seems to contradict itself, so I can't be sure if this functionality is supported started in Crystal Reports 8 or in Crystal Reports XI. If it's supported in Crystal Reports 9, this doc explains how to implement it.
