A really pretty girl with make-up on, or a decent looking girl, but not as pretty with no make-up on?

everyone is different but i think most guys, at least most guys that are worthwhile will choose the girl who is naturally pretty without makeup because then when she does put make up on its like WOW, i have seen too many girls who look terrific with makeup on but the next day you can hardly recognize them when they wash their face, make up is meant to enhance beauty.

You are describing the same person. A pretty girl with no make-up on is probably only decent. And decent girl with make-up can turn really pretty. Is this question a riddle?
