i wanna say her "i love you" but i cant ....coz if i dont look into her eyes she does not believe me....but i cant look her eyes deeply.... i dont know what i must do?

Write her a poem and read it to her. This way you will be able to say what you want, and you'll be able to look at the piece of paper instead of looking at her. Maybe you can end it with, "I love you" and you can try to bring yourself to look at her at that moment.
It is playing out perfectly in my head, but I am not sure if I am saying it right.

If you can't look deeply into her eyes, you might have some hidden guilt about something. Take some time to think about it carefully...DO you love her? Or just as friends... Either you'll find you don't love her, in which case it'd probably be better for both of you to break it off. Or you'll find you DO love her, and you'll be all the more secure in the relationship afterward... I reckon THEN you'll be able to look her in the eye without feeling self conscious. Good luck.

Find out why you can't. What are you hiding? What are you afraid of? The eyes are the windows of the soul. Many times dishonest people do not make deep eye contact because they do not want you to see inside of them and discover their dishonesty, that is very apparent. However, people with low self esteem, also tend to do this. This is because they have built their life the best they feel they can on the outside but still a part of them inside does not feel worthy....so they tend to shy away from eye contact.
Be all you can be. You are worthy. Go for it. Try it and see you will have good success and it will get easier and easier. Soul search and build yourself up.

Tell her you can't look into her eyes deeply and that you love her anyway. Or that's it's coz you love her that you can't look into her eyes deeply. Or better still get over it and then tell her you love her.

Then hug, and kiss her to tell her you love her. Do some romantic things like; sending her flowers, bringing her out for a romantic dinner or bring her to the beach. Girls like to find security in the eyes of a guy but there are other ways for you guys to prove your love and sincerity. Unless you don't love her enough.

1)Tell you love her
2) if she doesn't believe you write a poem
3)if that doesn't work share a romantic night together and tell her i love you

It is said if someone can not or will not look into your eyes...it is because they are not being truthful...Sooooo....she wants to know if you are being truthful...maybe you have low self esteem and you are afraid of seeing rejection in her eyes....either way man...Look into her eyes if you are for real.

your question should be change to 'do i love her?'. you have to ask yourself why cant you look her into her eyes and say i love you.
