1)To begin with click on start > run
type msconfig. Press OK
Click on Startup tab.
Uncheck names of those programs there that you do not need at startup.Press Apply. Press OK. Press to Reboot the computer.
After reboot msconfig window appears again. Check the box that says do not display this again, press ok. These settings are reversible
2)if possible uninstall some programs from your computer which are not essential.
(start > control panel > add/remove programs)
3)run cCleaner run following two menus of ccleaner
cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner
Issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues
4) Run Defrag. start > all programs > Accessories > system tools > disk defragmentor
5) See to it that there is enough free space left on the hard disk partition where windows is installed. Copy files from My Documents folder elsewhere , either copy them on cd or on another partition if there is one, and delete them to make space from your hard disk partition where windows is installed.

Download programs mentioned in the steps above.

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. CCleaner also fixes your registry. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware.

Every time you add or remove software (programs) or use your pc or save a file, it adds to the clutter on your pc. You need to do routine housekeeping to keep it running well.
Malware (malicious software) will slow your pc and internet connection. You need one firewall, one anti virus, one anti spyware and an anti adware. Theres a list of free programs on my 360 blog.
You also need to regularly update and run a scan.

As for routine maintenance, delete old files, and uninstall programs you don't use.
Then run Ccleaner, use the Issues tool and the Cleaner.
Use Winpatrol to stop all your programs loading on Startup, leave Windows and your security software.
Delete shortcuts from the desktop and get into the habit of starting your programs from the Start menu.
Defragment the hard drive from Start - programs - accessories - system tools - disc defragmenter. Leave the machine while it runs.

That should help.
If theres not much difference, its likely to be spyware. Run your anti spyware in Safe Mode, theres instructions on my blog.

Most computers should and do come with some inbuilt programmes which help this problem..Free up some space and use disk defragmentation. If you can't find a programme...do a search...there are plenty out there to download.

Defragment first. Then try CCleaner.com. Download this and it will get rid of a lot of cr*p floating around in your PC. It takes a while on the first run but after that it is really quick.

1. maybe its a virus, so try to use you virus softare atleast once a week, if you haven't got one, then you might want to buy norton antivirus, its the best.

2. you can also download 'adaware' for (antispyware) free from download.com, use this atleas once a day.

3. you should also have 'Disk defragmenter' already on your computer, you should find it as follows:

go to 'start'
click on 'all programees'
click on 'accessories'
then 'system tools'
and you should find 'disk defragmentor' on there, click on it, and defragment your hardrive by clicking on your hardrive and then the 'defragment' button. do this every day as much as you can.

you can also try downloading 'pc pitstop optimizer' on trial, this works good too. just google it.

hope this helps.

first element i could do is clean your startup record of pointless classes. you are able to the two press Winkey+R, type in msconfig, and use the startup editor there, or obtain CCleaner and use its startup editor. From there, obtain, deploy, replace, and run Malwarebytes to study for malware. Then defragment your demanding force. could desire to make issues a lot swifter.
