these small, soft raised bumps on my skin. I do not think they are moles, but could they be cancerous? How can I remove them?

i had a small skin colored bump on the left side of my nose a little while ago and my doctor told me it was a basil cell carcinoma (skin cancer) and i had it removed. when it comes to skin cancer it's best to go see a doctor. what color/shape are the bumps, and where are they located?

I think that the best way to find out what they are would be to go a dermatologist... They can tell you what they actually are, and can give you acurate information to treat them.

Go to your doctors, he/she will be able to advise you on what they are so you know for sure. Or while you are waiting look up on NHS direct and that should give you a rough idea of what they are.
