It was probably the State of the Union speech by Geaorge W....he had many people dizzy after that.

its probably just ur blood pressure if u sit or lay down for a long period of time and stand up u get a head rush causing u to become dizzy if it keeps going on go see a doctor i had a problem with dizziness and was diagnoised with vasovagal sycope it is not serious but is bothersome he might put u an meds to help hope this helps!!
