First, an Ampere is rated as 1 Coulomb per second. So your problem as stated is 10 Coulombs per second.

Second, an electron has a net charge of about 1.602 X 10 ^-19C.

That means for every coulomb of charge, you would have about 6.3 X 10^18 electrons (invert the charge per electron to get electrons per Coulomb).

In your problem you have 10C per second, you know how many electrons are in a coulomb, so multiply that by the rate and you get your answer.

the number of electrons : 10 / (1.6 * 10^-19) = 6.25*10^19
