I guess you are a native French speaker so you may live in France or Belgium. You have an understanding of English and so it is important to do a number of things. Hear English, speak English & read and write English (hearing & speaking is more important).
To hear you could try radio or TV.
To speak & hear you could try English schools or maybe try to find an English person who has moved to where you live.
Visit England?

Why are you people taking this question serious? Its gotta be a joke. The person is asking how to learn english....IN ENGLISH. Not only this she is reading your responses IN ENGLISH. She must already know it.

Don't read most of what is written here, in fact don't read anything in Q&A because you'll have no way of knowing whether it is proper or not. How about something novel, like taking a class....yes I think that might be a logical thing to do.
