Yes, I do feel we can still be joyful and have a grateful heart during times like these. I believe if any one says NO to this question, they have allowed the evil forces in to rob their joy. We have VICTORY through Christ Jesus. We need to be alert at all times of what is going on around us and throughout the world, so not to be caught off guard. Live today, for we don't know what tomorrow shall bring.

Happiness is what you get from circumstances- "happening". True deep joy can be had only through Christ- even when the world seems to be falling apart around you, if you look to the Lord He will give you a joy unspeakable and full of glory.

Peace and love to you too. I wish I could be joyful in such a situation, but I know I can't.

If you are a Christian then yes. The events that are happening before us are grave indeed, but they are fulfillment's that the earth will be cleansed and we can live forever again on the earth.

it all depends on your attitude...you can have a great attitude in the worst of circumstances...don't let surroundings and circumstances affect your attitude in life.
