Ok, so what does it mean when you see a girl and seem prett into her and tell her that you are going to call her and you want to hang out but then never call her? Or call her once but never really do anything about it?

dont be a chicken if u really like her go for it and call her if she says no which if she gave u her number then she shouldnt but if she does the ur not gunna die and tell her how u feel if u go to dinner with her
