She was really, really angry with me about it. She seemed very upset and was quite rude to me. But honestly, I saw her looking at me out the window as I was turning off the cable at the pole, and even though she was giving me the finger all the while, I think she REALLY likes me. How do I know if I have a chance with her? I went back to the door to ask her, but she wouldn't answer and told me she was calling the police. So I left. But I went back the next day. And the next. I just can't get her to talk to me. HELP!

Well, hmm....my man is a cable repossesser too. He gets women like this ALL the time...coming to the door with their pants undone....boobies hanging out...one even told him he looked like Santa Claus and she wanted to settle her bill with some "other" form of payment.
So even though she was flipping you off,,,, she probably wasn't saying f uck you...she was probably saying....f uck me!!!!

Believe me she was angry, you was there to do a job and you done it, that's it! And you need to get over it. I don't see how you can read anything else into it. That is being a stalker when you persist on hanging or going to someone's house uninvited.

cut the cable back on and leave her alone cause she really dont like you. You are just imagining this stuff. i am pretty sure if you go back she will call the cops on you .

She must really like you, try keying her car, to get her attention. Girls love it when they get their car keyed. If you can, try slashing her tires, to. If you can't you could always break all her windows with bricks.
When you do that, goto her door and show her and then ask her out, i bet you anything, that she will say yes.
