Its possible Neil. You never know what is going on in her life, so be emotionally prepared to deal with possible rejection.
Its not easy splitting from a marriage. But be prepared for any type of response.

I think you need to give yourself some time to adjust to life without your wife. You are probably feeling lonely and would like to have someone there for you, like your wife was. I am not saying that u dont like this other woman, i'm just saying that maybe it is the love and company that you want at the moment, and this woman would not want to be a substitute for your wife. In a few more months, you still feel the same, then go for it and ask hr out!

of course you can, next time you see her approach her and get to know her, although give yourself time to griev over your wife just so you know this other woman will not be a rebound
