Have tried ebay but they are mainly sold from people in the USA and have huge postal costs. Any ideas anyone?

We're travelling to Spain in May and have resort transfers in a taxi hence I'd like my son to be in a car seat but without having to lug my huge car seat with us.

We wouldn't know who to contact taxi wise as we usually just get in one at the airport taxi rank. Also it's just me and my son going this year so pushchair, suitcase and car seat is a bit too much to carry.

@Jones - Calling you out on this one. There is no law, in any state, that give a buyer 7 days to return a used car. Period. The only exceptipon is California. Under some very specific circumstances, a dealer is required to *sell* teh buyer a 48 HOUR return insurance policy. In every other state in the US< there is no law givoing the buyer a right to retrun. Well, not entirely true - if a dealer comes to your house, conducts the transaction on your kitchen table, and leaves the car in your driveway, you have 3 days. Now @ Asker -no, you cant get the money back. Everything that is wrong with the car right now was wrojng when he looked at it. He negotiated a deal on teh car he was shown, in the condition it was presented. Nothing you mention will prevent him getting to work and back. So he has transportation and a valuable lesson in car buying

try kiddicare.com -- they beat high street prices and are very quick to deliver; I was most impressed.
Also, most airlines will check your car seat for you at the gate and you would just collect it from baggage. We lug ours with us but it really doesn't seem to be a big hassle.
Enjoy your trip!
