geesh..sounds complicated..
firstly,ask yourself which one yo like most..or maybe which one you prefer to be with(the one you feel comfortable)..somehow,the person you like couldnt be the person you feel like yourself..
if i am you..i would like to ask myself and decide which one the best choice..and then make a move to tell your feelings..dont confess directly(you'll be uncool and desperate)..make it sound like hints or chatting bout something related to both party relationship(what he thinks of you in his life and you think of him in your life)..you cant be wrong with your heart..all the best..

Actually from the heart you already know the answer. Remember you say you like the other better? Ask yourself why is that so. You like his best friend because he knows how to brighten up your day which mean make you happy. This is some kind of brotherly love and not the love you said.

Seeing doubles is never a good idea-you bump into things and get hurt. So is it with liking two people at the same time-someone will eventually get hurt. Just find a guy who is free and stick with him. Breakups can be very messy-you don't want to lose friends over that.

I think u should go for the one who's talks to you more. Because the one that you like is going out w/ one of your good friends. You don't want to mess up your friendship over some boy, that your not even sure how he feels for you.
