I have been speaking and reading French throughout my life, and while it is true that most (but not all) of the words are French, they are jumbled together in such an odd way that they don't make any sense, except in small fragments, but the fragments don't stitch together to form anything intelligible.
As an example, it begins, "I love you the hope of the baby" ('i' is not French) 'were together always. . .if I hurt you that ['im' is not French] sorry please they forgive me. [lol is not French] you are probably like the ['lol' is not French] of fault of sound reproduction but I have obtained help from ['lil' is not French] with this."
If 'lol' means in English 'laugh out loud', and if 'i' means the English 'I', I still can't make out what 'lil' is--French it isn't--AND some verbs don't have subjects, such as 'etaient', 'pardonnent'.
That aside, we could come up something slightly less garbled, but still confusing, though there seems to be an apology of sorts here:
I love you the hope of the baby [i ?] were together always. . .if I hurt you then I'm [making 'im' into English] sorry please may they forgive me. [lol?--'laugh out loud??] you are probably as the [lol] fault of [possibly lack of] making sound but I obtained help of [lil?] with this
This is disturbing to me. I have to believe the writer of the "French" doesn't know the language at all, and just put a few lines of English into an on-line computer translator, and the translator came up with this mess. That's what it looks like to me. That's also the problem with these computer translations--they are very, very imperfect--so far.

That's pretty darn meaningless.
I love you the hope of the baby i (not a word in French) were together forever...If I hurt you that im (wondering if a machine translated this from English..."I'm" would make sense here) sorry, please forgive me. Lol you're probably like a lol reproductive mistake (??) but I got a lil help with this.
Or the reproductive mistake bit might mean, "You're probably thinking I sound like a birth defect but I got a little help with this" (ie from babelfish)
Basically it's proof that machine translations are pretty useless.
Edit: On further reflection (yes I do have a life, why do you ask?)
I'm guessing "were" (étaient) was meant to be "we're" and "baby i hope" was taken to be "hope of the baby i" (l'espoir du bébé i) (a machine wouldn't recognize "i" as "I" so the first part is meant to mean:
I love you baby I hope we're together forever.
OK so: I love you baby, I hope we're together forever...If I hurt you I'm sorry please forgive me. LOL you're probably like "LOL sounds like a birth defect" but I got a little help with this.

It's true, it's buchered
Specifically directly translated with out fixing the horridness of the state it is in it says
I like you (I love you) hope of the baby have been together for always... If I've hurt you I'm sorry, please forgive me. You are probably like the (lol?) defaulted from the reproduction but I got help with that one.
Maybe it means something to you, and you will understand it better like that then if I tried to make sence of it.

basically positioned it in the back of you. not each element is going completely. think of of it as a getting to grasp journey, now you be responsive to what styles of situations to stay clear of, and how briskly issues can bypass. a minimum of you weren't blasted and had intercourse
