Call social services or talk to your counselor at school. You need to do this immediately. It is NEVER right to hit a child for ANY reason.

This is a hard one. Easiest thing to do is call child protective services as has already been mentioned, its simple, quick and you can remain anonymous, but when all is said and done and they come to visit be prepared for some emotional times as you confess to what has been going on. You need to be strong! Men will use your weakness against you, he isn't afraid to hit you because he knows you won't do anything about it. Being strong mentally is going to get you through this.
True story time: I have a freind who is 16 and her step dad was hitting her, molesting her (fondling inappropriate areas), talking dirty to her you name it...she confronted her mother about it but her mother just said to forget about it that it was ok because he paid the bills and it was his house so some sacrifices should be made. WTF....! She then told the police, the police came and again the mother said, ' o she's just trying to get him in trouble because she's mad at him...he never did anything of that nature" again WTF...she was so upset at this that she contemplated suicide...at 14...14 can you imagine...we had long talks on this and I kept encouraging her to remain strong. He stopped for a while but then brought it back on when she was 16 this time gettng worse (i know cuz i heard some over the phone) again i said approach your mother or call child services but she was so afraid that no one would belive her like the last time but eventually she got the courage and approaced her mother again, this time her mother said she would have a talk with the step dad and see what was going on....well....bad thing here...he told her she had to move out of the house for causing so much trouble and being a bad kid...she had to move out of state with her aunt...her mother agreed...just to get her out was better than her staying but her mother continued to stay with him...poor girl i know...i continued to be positive and say we will get this to work so after long long talks she wrote her mother a huge letter saying what she felt and how she never lied and why the f u c k would she lie about this...finally her mother agreed...she moved out...and called the police on the step dad..whew....
I hope your mother will be more understanding than this and I know its not an easy thing to do...or even think of doing. But you did nothing wrong..even if you did you don't deserve to be beat...dogs don't even derserve that...no one does...take control of things by reporting this dude as soon as you can but please talk to your mother and maybe a school counsler before you do so ok. I wish you luck and if you ever need to talk, i'm a good listener...remember YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG..DO NOT BE AFRAID...YOU WILL MAKE IT THROUGH THIS

Did you tell your mother? If she does nothing go to an authority figure, they halp you get out of the house. You might be put in foster care though or maybe a relatives house. Most important do this as soon as possible before something really back happens.
