The book is known as Guru Granth Sahib. It's the most sacred object in their religion.

As for the person who said it's FALSE - All religions are false... the only truth is in the message. The downside is how each religion's followers chose to interpret the message. Religion isn't a bad thing, but it does have a dark side of providing false hope. If that's what helps you sleep at night, then by all means, pray to whatever god you desire... just don't go around saying you are right and every one else is wrong.
