No, I think it's extremely difficult. Otherwise Jesus would not have needed to COMMAND us to do it! :)

I find it quite easy, I've been a christian for a bit over a year now but I don't really understand why it is so hard to stand up for what you believe in. But I have always been confrontational with others. I need to learn to be more understanding of others, because I really don't mind what others think of me if I am acting in the way I feel is right. I am learning others are not as comfortable as I am in certain situations.

Which one? Some of my religions are easier to talk about to others. One time I tried to tell a pink about J.R. "Bob" Dobbs, and his head exploded. Literally exploded - brains leaking out of his ears and everything. That happens sometimes, but it's necessary to find the latent SubGenii amongst the human population.

I've been able to talk about Discordianism with a few mere-humes, but most of them just stare blankly and drool like a kid with a special helmet.

I guess it depends on the individual and on who they are talking to. Some people prefer not to talk about it much, others use every excuse they have to talk about it as much as they can. Some shy away from talking about their religion when in an intolerant crowd of people who believe differently while being perfectly comfortable talking about their beliefs to someone who holds similar beliefs or is more tolerant of different beliefs.

Yeah, some people talk about it a little too much. It's great to have faith and a belief system but when you start thinking you KNOW what is right, you've got issues.

Depends on the person. Some won't talk at all about their religion. Others, you can't get them to shut up!

I believe that it is on a medium such as this one because we don't look one another in the face and you can question anyone at any time without feeling "stupid". I also believe that if you are as convicted in your beliefs as some of us are then you will speak with others very openly anyway. GOD expects us to acknowledge CHRIST with others. I hope that you are having a good day, MINE is GREAT!!

I think that most people that take their religion seriously have no problem voicing their opinions. I'm a Christian and I believe in Jesus Christ and that he'll be back soon for the second coming.

The problem is that too many people have absolutely no problem talking about it... to the point where they look down upon those who don't share their beliefs.

My experience is that people get very upset when they talk about religion to someone who does not believe exactly what they believe. It's frustrating.

And when I ask questions about their faith that they can't answer, they typically get extremely upset with me for making them question their faith.

It's a brainwashing thing.
