I've tried many...my fav's are:

1. Troeg's - they are a small brewery out of Harrisburg, PA. They make a really great line. I like the Troegenator - it's a doublebock
2. New Belgium brewery from Colorado makes a high quality beer. They have been around for a while and their product shows it.
3. Smuttynose - They are out of NH I believe. Again, anything you buy in their line is usually good.

Whatever brand, I usually gravitate towards a maltier beer, as opposed to one with a huge amount of Hops. Browns, amber ales, stouts, porters. I also like belgian ales as well. As far as Bud, Miller, and Coors...those were for the college days.

Cheers!

The best beer i've ever had was in Bavaria Germany - Weissen Beir - from Tap.
Here in the states I like Blue Moon, & Stella A (forgot the spelling) and then there's this cool little pub in MA. Salem Beer Works - it has this outrageous Blueberry beer on tap - there's little blueberries that float and sink - like a lava lamp- anyway, it's really yummy.

When I'm drinking beer, I tend to drink Becks or anything else without additives. Some Bavarian purity law or something.

Fosters is a nice beer as its not too strong and has a refreshing taste. It can be used with a Turbo shandy mixture or for regular shandy.

Blue Moon with a fat slice of Orange. You can't get any better that a really crisp Belgium White!! I always have Blue Moon and Killian's Red on hand just in-case.

Hoegaarden. I am not a huge beer drinker but it is so smooth and creamy that even precious cocktail-sipping princesses like me will love it. SOOO good on a hot day. And you don't feel majorly bloated and anchored down after it.
