This would be day 4 (althought since the start ive had a few small pieces (very small) of beef, and a can of pepsi - so im debating whether to count those days or not)..

Im curious however about whether or not I can consume alcohol.. I can imagine beer would be bad - how about liquor by itself - if anything?

I can't say ive ever eaten very healthy - so is it a good idea to take daily multi-vitamins (centrum)?

DO NOT HAVE ALCOHOL!

I can't stress this enough. You are currently stressing out your internal organs by denying them food, and the worst thing you can do is to introduce a toxic substance into your weakened body.

Four days of a water fast is a lot. I'm assuming you are doing this for some type of weight loss or cleansing, as opposed to a spiritual fast. Then again, I'm confused why you would have a chemical laden Pepsi or consider having alcohol. What are you hoping to gain by denying yourself?

I've added some links at the bottom. The food pyramid, an article on WebMd on what occurs to your body when you fast, and the free diet site that I've been using.

NO alcohol would not be a good idea. If you're going to consume anything during your fast it should be raw veggies and fruit.

When doing a water fast you are allowed only water. You may want to put some lemon juice in your water but that's all.
