How do you put money into your paypal account if i dont have a credit card?

You have to link it to a checking account.

They will send 2 small deposit amounts to that account and when they finally hit your account you have to confirm the amounts with paypal. Once you have done that, you can move money to and from your bank account without a credit card.

Hopefully you can do that without them needing the credit card for backup purposes.

You need a bank account. Pay pal will test the account with 2 deposits. When you verify the amounts, then your account will be verified.
