Don't waste any time, start doing it now, but only if they really are causing a problem.
You are also entitled to shout abuse at bus drivers, lorry drivers, taxi drivers, motorcyclists, cyclists, pedestrians and any other road users. Coupled with wild gesticulation, it makes for much more interesting journeys.
As you will shortly be paying road tax you will be able honestly to say "Yes, I do own the effing road"

well done btw.... enjoy

You must inform them as soon as you pass your test, and get the correct insurance. Your current policy is based on the assumption that you will always have an experienced driver sitting next to your. When you pass the test you will be driving on your own, which means you will be considered a much higher risk and your insurance premium will go up quite a lot. If you continue to drive on your learner's insurance, you will not legally be insured, and would find yourself in serious trouble if you had an accident (like losing the car and the licence).

Why curse learner drivers. I curse bad and inconsiderate drivers particularly the ones who pull out and then indicate or don't bother to indicate their intentions at all on roundabouts. But returning to the subject of Learner drivers, well my view is that i had to learn once and they have to learn as well.
Incidentally as most of us have discovered, you only really learn to drive after you have passed your test.

Loved it, good sense of humour. Shame always feel so sorry for the poor people. All the cars lining up behind them, hooting, some cursing and others overtaking even though it is dangerous. But yep, nother smile on my dial, cheers man:))

LOL I know you are joking but in a few years please just remember you were a learner once. I have been driving for 7 years and when behind a learner I remain patient.

Assuming you are a teenager, maybe the best thing is to have no other than one, under 21, passenger, unless they are immediate family.

When a group of kids get together, sometimes they do things they wouldn't have in other circumstances. (I still can remember falling into this trap myself.)

In NJ they make it easy, as that is the law. Probably one of the few that actually make sense.

You have to develop the correct attitude as soon as possible. Don't forget if you commit any driving offence and are convicted at Court accumulating 6 points, DVLA will revoke your licence. Happy driving.

Congratulations, but leave learners alone, they're probably better drivers than most of us as they haven't had time to learn bad habits! (passed 8 years ago FWIW)

You should have started straight after passing your theory test. You should have been cussing the other people in the waiting room. Congrats.
