Make a Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich.
*Fry up a few slices of bacon. Remove from pan & drain fat.
*In a bowl - beat one egg. Pour into frying pan ( Do Not Scramble)
*Push the egg with your spatula to keep the egg small enough to fit on a slice of toast.
*Toast 2 slices bread. Spread with butter. Add cooked egg, slice of cheese, and bacon. Yummeee!!!

I was just thinking about making some tomato & lentil soup with chunks of ham in it. Mmm.
And maybe some homemade biscuits with that. (I mean American style biscuits, not cookies!)

If you want food, make mac & cheese. If you want something sweet, make an ice cream sundae.
