when i presss down on my nipple i can feel a bump and it hurts what is it

It is hard to say not knowing if it was injured in a sports accident, a pimple or some type of sore. Best thing is go to a doctor and have it checked out, it is very important to have it checked, and if it was exposed to a lot ofsunlight get it checked out right away.

You will get good advice here and from everyone else...get in and get it checked. Regardless of you gender, one sign of breast cancer is lumps. However, most lumps are not cancerous. Ease your mind, get into have a mammogram or vistit your doctor to find out for sure.

It might be that you just bruised the area.Or a cyst.if it doesn't go away in a couple days go see doctor.
