URGENT. What does the Russian consulate in UK require of a Russian national when renewing their passport ?

The Russian consulate is closed on a Wednesday (today) and I need this information to pass on to my boss urgently. Thanks.

I've just looked at http://www.rusemblon.org/ - it says the Visa and Notary sections are closed on Wednesdays, but the Passport Office is not. You should be able to ring them.

you need to contact your local Russian Federation Embassy for instructions.
