forget about each and every person. people living in cities do not know even the names of their neighbors.

As there are about 6 billion people currently in the world, a quick math check tells me that if you were to do nithing but see people 24/7 (never sleep) for 70 years, you would have to identify almost 10,000 people each hour. Roughly 3 people per second - every day, all day, non-stop.
So it is unlikely that you would be able to individually see and identify each person on earth in a single lifetime.

Technically no as more or less 70 years wouldn't be enough to see every person, if you mean "see" by going near the same space of every people in this world to get it in sight.
Anyway, seeing is nothing and everyone is connected to each other, every step you make is important to someone else, someone you'll maybe never know...

Only God has that power or ability. Perhaps as someone suggested in our after life unless all are present in heaven. This is because you will have the eternity to get to see each of the heavenly dwellers.

Yes, if we can see ourselves, i mean to say can know 'SELF'. Unless knowing self we can see the others but can not know them. If we can not see the SELF we cannot immagine for others. God can see all and to see all, we have to become God and we can be God only by knowing SELF.
