If your husband has spoke to them and it still going on,then call the police and they will talk to them for you .I would go to the fence and Scream shut that dang dog up---very loud and act like you're crazy-it works. And if all fails don't buy a good piece of meat for that dead meat....

I sure hope you were joking about poisoning the dog. I had a cat that liked to hunt in my neighbors backyard when I was a child and the neighbor poisoned him. It was painful to watch the cat get sicker and sicker.
There isn't alot a neighbor can do about their dog barking. Maybe you could try wearing earplugs or playing a soft noise that would cancel out the dog's barking.
I know how frustrating it is. We have a neighbor that has an automatic sump pump thatt goes on every 15 minutes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year long. Ugh!

It's not the dog's fault its barking so much its the neighbor's for keeping it outside all the time. Personally i'm fed up with neighbor's who keep there dog outside all the time. I had to call our Local "County Dog Control" where you purchase a dog license. They are who deal's with the excessive barkingness. I know that after a certain amount of warning's they will have to be sent to the pound. But you will need to provide to the County Dog control your First and Last name and your phone number as well as your Neighbor's Home Address. This is the information that they asked for when I emailed them.

I think talking to them again might be the best way to go. Are there noise ordinances in your location? If asking the neighbors politely doesn't work, maybe you could call the police. If you kill the dogs, you will be financially responsible for their replacement, and you certainly wouldn't be encouraging the neighbors to be more compliant...

You should not have to put up with that. Of course, you shouldn't move. Every city has a noise ordinance. Keep reporting those dogs until the city gets someone to come out and fine them. Antifreeze.... oh, no. Now, a little hot sauce.........

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/ompaT
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

There is some one like you describe on every block. People who do not care what you like or think about them. In other words they have criminal tendencies. The dogs are not the problem. I would try for a peace warrant. and if this does not give you satisfaction then take these people to court .I'm sure that a judge would give you satisfaction.

Have you ever tried to make a dog stop barking? It's not easy you know. Buy some earplugs or a noise machine and stop whining.

Talk to your city hall or your town hall to see if there is a noise ordinance that they are violating or a nuisance clause.
