OK, some files on this site are split into parts. Read the post carefully to see if the part files were split by using hjsplit. If so, you will need to download hjsplit, and use the joiner option to combine the files. Make sure that you download all parts first (do not rename them). Place them into the same folder. Open hjsplit. In the input area locate the .001 file. Once you have located and selected the .001 file, you can start to join the file. Hjsplit should automatically detect the .00X files in the folder. you can get it here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7PQNP9ZV

You can join the clips with any video editor. If you have a DVD burning software (like Nero) most include a video editor. Or you can suffer through the free Movie Maker software included in Windows. Start the software. Add or Import the two clips. Put them both in the timeline in the order you want them. Burn the new combined video. Adding subtitles is much more involved and requires DVD authoring software that you probably do not have on your computer.

I agree to us Windows Movie Maker as it is already installed. Start > Assessories > Movie Maker.
Import the files, then drag and drop the frames into your timeline at the bottom. Use Finish Movie options for saving the new file.
